• Item is unworn and has never been used
• Original tags are attached and intact
• Item is in perfect, original condition — no odors, stains, or damage
• Item is in its original packaging where applicable
• Return is initiated within 45 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is included

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items with removed or damaged tags
• Items showing signs of wear, odor, staining, or damage
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
• Items returned after the 45-day window
• Gift cards

Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps to get started:

2. Our team will review your request and send you return instructions within 1 business day.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our team.
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at info@fashionkingsny.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for.

Exchanges are subject to the same 45-day window and eligibility conditions as standard returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — FashionKingsNY is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@fashionkingsny.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge to you.
