Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Orders Over $100

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location.

We want getting your gear to be as easy as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

Shipping Options & Timeframes

We currently ship within the United States. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues outside our control.

Order Processing
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@fashionkingsny.com.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. FashionKingsNY is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing an order, contact us right away at info@fashionkingsny.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@fashionkingsny.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, please include photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
